Package descriptions are starting points for a written proposal, not a fixed-price or unlimited-service commitment. Lead capacity, content volume, response windows, systems access, contract term, cancellation terms, and on-property support are agreed before work begins. Media spend, travel, software, and third-party production are separate unless stated otherwise.
A clear beginning

From first conversation
to focused execution.

01 / DISCOVER

Understand the business.

Review your hotel, market, brand requirements, current team, and priorities. Identify the support that will be useful.

02 / ALIGN

Define the partnership.

Agree on deliverables, lead or content volume, approvals, fees, reporting, and boundaries in a written proposal.

03 / ACT

Build a working rhythm.

Confirm authorized access, set priorities, begin execution, and review progress together. Adjust the plan with intention.

A little clarity

Good partnerships
start with good questions.

Can we hire Magnolia for one hotel or a mixed-brand portfolio?

Both. Individual hotels can choose sales, digital marketing, or a combined partnership. Portfolio engagements coordinate property-level execution with shared account strategy and ownership reporting across multiple hotels and brands.

How are packages priced?

Every package is custom quoted based on hotel count, service scope, lead volume, market needs, reporting, and support requirements. Advertising spend, travel, software subscriptions, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in the written proposal.

Do you replace our brand team or revenue manager?

No. Magnolia works alongside ownership, general managers, on-property teams, brand resources, and revenue-management partners. Rates, inventory, contract exceptions, and media budgets remain subject to the hotel’s approval process and the signed scope of work.

Let's grow something meaningful
